School Closure Friday 9th Jan
Following a site inspection this morning we have made the decision to close the school today. Lessons will move to online learning, following student’s normal timetables, through Google Meet/ Google Classroom (see below for further information).
Online Learning Guidance for Students:
• Online lessons will be provided where possible and students are encouraged to join live sessions if they are able to.
• If an online lesson is available, the Google Meet code will be shared on the subject teacher’s Google Classroom at the beginning of the usual lesson time.
• All Google Classroom codes will also be shared on the school website and these will be updated annually - https://www.wolverley.worcs.sch.uk/1147/home-learning
• A task linked to the lesson will be set on Google Classroom for all students to complete, whether or not they attend the live session.
• Completed work should be submitted via Google Classroom by the end of the online lesson or later the same day. Students without access to appropriate technology should bring their completed tasks to school and submit them in person upon their return
