E - Safety Advice

At Wolverley we consider E-safety a very important part of our students’ education and aim to teach our young people the importance of a healthy online life and what to do if things go wrong.

Ceop

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP) is part of the National Crime Agency and works with different agencies to help protect young people from sexual abuse and exploitation.

Uk safer internet centre

The UK Safer Internet Centre provides advice on the use of smartphones, gaming consoles, tablets, mobile phones and other internet connected devices and they are also responsible for the annual Safer Internet Day initiative.

Thinkuknownow

Think U Know is a website we frequently use in school with students. It has age specific resources which you can use at home with your children and has a section specifically for parents and carers.  Think U Know work closely with the National Crime Agency and form part of the CEOP group of agencies.

Parentinfo

Parent Info is a collaboration between CEOP and Parent Zone offering a wealth of information about wellbeing and resilience.

Childnet

Childnet is a registered charity working to help others make the internet a safer place. They work directly with young people and train them to be digital leaders in their schools and communities.
